Menu help

 – Reset

  • Keystroke : ‘r’ or ‘R’
  • Reset the position and the size of the image to their initial values.

 – Render settings

  • Keystroke : ‘v’ or ‘V’
  • Set the LUT, ITT and video modes used for data rendering

– Selection mode

  • Enter / Exit the « selection » mode.
  • Keystroke : ‘Esc’
  • Cursor :
  • Single selection: it’s performed with a single click on the shape to be selected.
  • Multiple selections : it’s performed with the Shit key pressed and a single click on the shape to be added to the selection.
  • A single selecting of a shape automatically de-selects the current selection, if any.
  • A non-shifted click anywhere but on a selected shape de-selects all the selected shapes
  • Selected shapes are highlighted.
  • A link « see more » in the status line provide more numerical about data attached to the selected shapes in modal window where they can copied, verbatim or JSON, to be exported via a copy/paste sequence.
  • ‘x or ‘X’ deletes the currently selected shapes, if any

M – Marker mode

  • Enter / Exit the « marker » mode.
  • Keystroke : ‘M’ or ‘m’
  • Cursor : 
  • A click on the image creates a marker. A marker appears :
    • as a dot on the image with a label
    • a row in the à la excel spreadsheet ( click on see table in the status bar )
  • A marker has the behaviour of a shape ( selection, removal )

C – Contour mode

  • Enter / Exit the « contour » mode.
  • Keystroke : ‘C’ or ‘c’
  • Displays the contour parameter definition interface. The contours levels can be defined :
    • by level(s)
      • entering the value(s) in the input field
      • selecting point()s on the pixels values histogram
    • by the value(s) of the cumulative distribution function
      • entering the value(s) in the input field
      • selecting points on the cumulative distribution function graphic
  • A contour has the behaviour of a shape ( selection, removal )

B – Box mode

  • Enter / Exit the « box » mode.
  • Keystroke : ‘B’ or ‘b’
  • Cursor :
  • Initiate the creation of a box by pressing in that order « Ctrl » and the left button at one corner of the box, then drag the cursor to its opposite corner with « Ctrl » and left button kept pressed. Then release the button and « Ctrl ».
  • A contour has the behaviour of a shape ( selection, removal )
